Steps for completing a WA State TBI Grant Submission:
- Step 1 – Complete the grant application form below. After clicking the “submit” button scroll back to the top of the page to see the confirmation that your application was received.
- Step 2 – Complete and submit a budget form. The budget form can be found here.
- Award notifications are sent to applicants within 90 days from date of submission based on the results of a state background check, the amount requested, and prior funding & reporting history.
