According to the Mayo Clinic, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is defined as, “a mental health condition that’s triggered by a terrifying event. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event.” PTSD can sometimes play a role (and a big one) for those individuals with traumatic brain (more…)
